This change prevents a large number of startup warnings that occur when mods such as mt-mods/steel (https://github.com/mt-mods/steel) override existing nodes to add a palette definition so unifieddyes (https://github.com/mt-mods/unifieddyes) can detect them as colourable.
These warnings are unnecessary, as stairsplus does not make use of the
palettenode definition.
