The devcontainer is no longer working "out of the box". This fixes the issue by updating the default model version to the latest version as documented here: - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ai-services/openai/concepts/model-retirements#default-model-versions
The change is actually just making
0613->0125. The other changes are automatically created by the dev container. I can only surmise that a previous change to the infra has managed to be merged without using the devcontainers ability to force contributions to keep the ARM template up to date.
