The external/pe-parse submodule should be updated from eedf770 to b0dabd3.

Background

PR #4933 attempted to update both Catch2 and pe-parse submodules together (via Dependabot's grouped updates). However, the Catch2 update triggers test failures (see issue #4938), blocking the pe-parse update as well.

Proposed Change

Update external/pe-parse independently:

• From: eedf770
• To: b0dabd3

pe-parse Changes

The update includes:

• b0dabd3 - Update maintainers list (Some ebpf_result_t values have _ERROR_ and others don't, should be consistent #212)

This is a minimal change that should not affect functionality.

Action Items

1. Create a separate PR to update only external/pe-parse
2. Or configure Dependabot to not group pe-parse with Catch2 updates
