Align the A2A hosting layer default session store with the AG-UI sibling by using NoopAgentSessionStore, making persistence an explicit opt-in choice. Rename test to FallsBackToNoopSessionStoreDefaultAsync to avoid implying all stores default to noop (task store still uses InMemory). Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
