Adds a comprehensive set of rules to Cursor for the Mercado Pago Ruby SDK. These rules provide guidelines and conventions for code structure, naming, coding standards, testing, documentation, dependency management, security, performance, version control, code quality, internationalization, and maintenance. The purpose is to ensure consistency, readability, and maintainability of the SDK.
