Summary

  • Merge 42 upstream commits from blockscout/blockscout into main
  • Includes FHE operations support, auth0-to-keycloak migration, transaction controller improvements, and various bug fixes

Test plan

  • CI passes on merge branch
  • Explorer starts and indexes correctly
