Added support for LMSTUDIO_HOME environment variable to determine LM Studio home directory. This environment variable eliminates the need for `~/.lmstudio-home-pointer`, which pollutes home directory. Fixes lmstudio-ai/lmstudio-bug-tracker#2015.
