How to install new layouts

Just install layouts you need by using dmg files and add them in Keyboard Settings -> Input Sources.

How to remove the default EN layout you needn't

1. Open terminal and execute:

$ rm ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.HIToolbox.plist

3. Reboot.

4. Open Keyboard Settings -> Input Sources and remove the default layout.
