This is a small update which allows the libmesh 1.7.x release series to compile with newer PETSc versions.

Please use only the libmesh-1.7.9.tar.* archives, the "Source code" archives are provided automatically by GitHub and should not be used. For a list of major changes since the last release, please see the NEWS file.
