I am in the final semester of my Systems Analysis and Development degree at the Federal University of Technology - Paraná (UTFPR-CP). Throughout my studies, I have built a strong foundation in software development, programming languages, project management, and communication. I currently work as a Project Assistant at Clickweb, where I ensure that all projects are well executed, analyze and validate deliverables, identify errors, and report them to the responsible parties. I have experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria, documenting improvements, and managing time and projects using agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. Beyond my professional experience, I have participated three times as a volunteer mentor at hackathons, mentoring over 100 participants and leading the mentorship team in one of the events. I also had the opportunity to coordinate a university teaching project focused on active methodologies, such as gamification and case studies, aimed at improving higher education. I am communicative, proactive, and a fast learner, with strong teamwork skills. Passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship, I am continuously seeking opportunities to grow, challenge myself, and contribute to impactful projects.
