ndn-hydra: an NDN distributed repo

A Named Data Networking (NDN) Distributed Repo implementation using python-ndn nicknamed ndn-hydra.

Hydra uses ndn-python-svs (StateVectorSync) to communicate in a distributed environment and ndn-python-storage for its storage options.

The implementation is on our github-repo.
