Small updates to get the system working with the newest PyTorch (2.2.1 at the time of writing this) as well as Ignite and Tensorboard.
Most changes consist of making sure the correct device is being passed to each part of the system, as well as the replacement of anything deprecated, removed, or otherwise dated to the point of being nonfunctional.
