Any reason to update pointycastle? Will the new v4.0.0, which I haven't fully checked yet, solve any issues you have? |

Nothing is broken, this is to support the major version 4.0. |

Ok, if there is nothing urgent, I prefer to wait a bit before upgrading to a major version, just to be sure no potential bugs have been introduced. |

@Carapacik I checked the code changes for 4.0.0, and everything looks good with the new version. Could you just change the upper bound to |

I also updated the lower bound of Dart because dependent packages are supported from Dart 3.0. |
