- Update sury PHP repository from bookworm to trixie

- Update Symfony Console completion script from 7.3 to 7.4
- Upgrade Traefik from v3.6.1 to v3.7.1
- Upgrade php-cs-fixer from ^3.76.0 to ^3.95.2
- Upgrade PHPStan from ^2.1.17 to ^2.2.1
- Upgrade phpstan-deprecation-rules from ^2.0.3 to ^2.0.4
- Upgrade phpstan-symfony from ^2.0.6 to ^2.0.18
- Upgrade twig-cs-fixer from ^3.8.1 to ^3.14.0
- Bump minimum Castor version from 1.4.0 to 1.5.0

LGTM, but could you try with mysql instead of postgres? We had issues on one of our project when we tried this migration. |
