also give Synchronization default noop impls of its methods for jakartaee#225 remove since = "2.1" because apparently the source level is 9 for jakartaee#225 clarify that both overloads of afterCompletion() are called for jakartaee#225 move legacy conversion to the legacy Status class for jakartaee#225
