test(inputs.elasticsearch_query): Refactor unit-tests

Summary

This PR clean the unit-tests by merging all tests into two remaining ones; one for testing successful queries and one for testing failing queries. Furthermore, test-code is simplified by dropping the log-file parsing and keep the parsed result instead.
