The code included here is an open source, anyone can modify and redistribute it.

Jupyter Notebook "Channel_Capacity.ipynb" includes all the necessary channel capacity calculation procedures including bootstrapping and linear regression. File "dectin-2 FFM.csv" includes an example data set.
