Add ufh_controller custom integration branding

Proposed change

Add icon and hDPI icon for the ufh_controller custom integration, a Home Assistant integration for coordinating hydronic underfloor heating systems with multi-zone support, heat accounting, and boiler integration.

Since the logo is square, only icon images are added (the icon is used as a fallback for the logo per repository guidelines).
