A box of 33 small, single-purpose file tools — compress an image to an exact
KB size, merge or redact a PDF, trim audio, crop a video, read a QR code,
convert HEIC to JPEG. Each does one job and nothing else.
Why it fits this list:
a manifest with 192/512 and maskable
icons, and register a service worker, so each tool installs on its own and
keeps working with the network off.
