This PR adds dark mode to the PyHC website. A simple explanation for a lot of implementation!
Dark mode is controlled entirely by system preferences; set your laptop/phone to dark mode and our website will follow. Vice versa for light mode.
Getting the calendars and People cards to respect dark mode took extra work but we got there. And I took care to make sure the site looks exactly the same in light mode as before.
