This PR is similar to handshake-org/hsd#858. However, seeds in hnsd repo do not contain cleartext duplicates like in the hsd repo. Those duplicates were initially added here and the comment // Same nodes as above, but clearnet was added here. I'll study what those brontide ports are, e.g. handshake-org/hsd#315, but may be someone could provide a competent answer whether those "cleartext" duplicates were intentionally omitted or should actually be specified in hnsd as well.
