Several things to be updated:

  1. In MD section:
  • Add clarification about VM on Ubutu 20 vs Ubuntu U24 (PyMOL’s buil_seq is not fucntional under Ubuntu 24 because of Python 2)
  • Put attention-red-box on capping/neuturalizing TERs
  • Change termial prompt of capping script from copy-pase to display help message
  1. In docking section, revome CPORT section (keep ARCTIC3D)
  2. In Intro secton, replace CPORT with ARCTIC3D
