The MINGW OpenSSL packages included in Git for Windows v2.10.1 were
built from this revision.

openssl-1.0.2h: OpenSSL upgrade to version 1.0.2h

It was announced a couple of days ago that this version would be released
today, with critical updates.

Temporary gettext release

These are really only temporary packages because upstream already accepted our patches and will probably release official packages. The upcoming Git for Windows release will use these temporary packages to fix git-for-windows/git#329
