Needs more research, but to me it looks like usbrowserspeed.com is operated by Ookla:
https://www.speedtest.net/

Delivr.ai might be customer of them, but I currently I do not see how Delivr.ai operates the domain.

I'm not sure how it's related to speedtest.net. Is there any resource that pointing that?

Maybe we can leave usbrowserspeed.com out if we cannot prove the sources in any direction?

Okay, I think you are right. Looks like CDP Resolution operated a.usbrowserspeed.com and is now Delivr.ai.
