What this PR does / why we need it:
This PR adds the following labels to ConfingMaps generated by the ConfigMap exporter:

  labels:
    app.kubernetes.io/name: diki
    app.kubernetes.io/managed-by: diki-operator
    diki.gardener.cloud/compliancescan: <scan-UID>
