This PR has reverted to Meteor 2.x.x compatible version using fibers, in order to apply codemod migrations and verify the tools would help Meteor projects to migrate.
This covers a very basic scenarios of migration, we will test against other more complex apps to verify these migrations work well.
This branch is not for being merged, just a point of comparison against Meteor 3.
