Hey! Since Frappe Helpdesk is built on the Frappe Framework, you might have better luck using the standard 'Data Import' tool from the main Frappe Desk (rather than the Helpdesk-specific settings if that's where you are). Try searching for 'Data Import' in the search bar, then create a new Data Import and select 'Customer' or 'Contact' as the DocType. If they don't show up there, you might need to check if your user has the necessary permissions to import those specific records. Hope that helps you get your data moved over! |

I've tried, but it's not available. I have customized the doctype to allow import, and I also need to set up permissions to allow import from System Manager. Now I can import data, but I think it should be available by default. |
