👏 Would it make sense to create separate Markdown files for each IaaS provider? Seems like the instructions may be different enough that it would make them easier to follow. |

Adding initial support for Microsoft Azure. Does not include partition and LVM support in order to avoid LVM naming conflicts with cloned VMs. Will want to eventually support LVM on data disks as part of Azure recipe.
