macOS/Linux：会在当前 $SHELL 推断的 rc（zsh→
~/.zshrc，bash→~/.bashrc，fish→~/.config/fish/ config.fish，无法判断时用~/.profile）写入；删除时会遍历~/.zshrc/~/.zprofile/~/.bashrc/~/.bash_profile/~/.profile/~/.config/fish/config.fish，把之前的同名变量行去掉。Windows：写入/删除 HKCU\Environment（用户环境变量），不会动系统范围。已有 PowerShell/终端需
重新开或 refreshenv 才能看到变更。
