Fixes Issue #5511: Correct spelling typo in test function names

Changes

• test_random_apply_wrapping_aug_probability_occured_evaluation → occurred_evaluation
• test_random_apply_wrapping_std_transform_probability_occured_evaluation → occurred_evaluation
• test_random_apply_probability_not_occured_evaluation → not_occurred_evaluation

Testing

This PR has been tested locally by running pytest on the modified test file.
