This pull request updates documentation examples in the client traffic policy section for Gateway docs for versions 1.6 and 1.7.
Replaces the deprecated
enableProxyProtocolfield with the newproxyProtocolconfiguration. Example defaults to previousenableProxyProtocolsetting's behavior of rejecting requests without proxy protocol header.https://gateway.envoyproxy.io/v1.7/api/extension_types/#proxyprotocolsettings
