This PR corrects a duplicated filename in the PDF_and_Document_Processing directory.

File changed:

Renamed Prepare CSV files with GPT-4Prepare CSV files with GPT-4.json → Prepare CSV files with GPT-4.json

Details
The JSON workflow file had erroneous duplicated text in its filename. This fix removes the redundant "Prepare CSV files with GPT-4" text that appeared twice consecutively, resulting in a clean, properly-formatted filename. The file content remains unchanged.

I also checked that there are no references linked to this file in Readme
