string-pad is missing below Emacs 28. See https://github.com/emacs-dashboard/doom-dashboard/actions/runs/10041053830/job/27770569605?pr=4#step:5:79.

In end of data:
doom-dashboard.el:189:1:Warning: the function ‘string-pad’ is not known to be
    defined.
