In #71, I added support for distribution metrics, but failed to document them! This adds a description to the README, and attempts to provide guidance about when you might want to use them vs. other metric types.
This adds support for running tests using GitHub actions, which causes them to show up as checks on pull requests.
This lets people use the built-in `NullReporter` for tests or disabling metrics. Fixes #67.
DogStatsD outputs a `<metric_name>.median` metric when sent a histogram, and this adds the same to histograms created in this package. Fixes #68.
