I hope that I've made the existing examples crisp while respecting the underlying formalism. I know that there was a concern that I might "change" what is presented here, and hopefully I have not changed much of anything at all.
Also, the math for the two-pizza rule comes directly from Brooks, so I moved that and added a cross-ref.
