PSWindowsUpdate Habitat Plan

Installs PSWindowsUpdate and creates a symlink from C:\Program Files\WindowsPowerShell\Modules\PSWindowsUpdate to the package binaries.

Uninstalling

If a habitat package is no longer needed, the symlink in C:\Program Files\WindowsPowerShell\Modules\PSWindowsUpdate will need to be manually removed.
