Important

Based on this CI run, I had to add a new dependency: symfony/var-exporter and limit it to versions ^6.x || ^7.x
(the package is not new, it was already required by other packages)

composer why symfony/var-exporter

doctrine/migrations       3.9.5       requires  symfony/var-exporter (^6.2 || ^7.0 || ^8.0)       
doctrine/orm              3.5.7       requires  symfony/var-exporter (^6.3.9 || ^7.0)             
symfony/cache             v7.4.0      requires  symfony/var-exporter (^6.4|^7.0|^8.0)

Reason

Starting from version 8, symfony/var-exporter no longer creates lazy objects, instead, it is based on native lazy objects introduced in PHP 8.4.

Conclusion

As long as our applications support PHP <8.4, we need to keep symfony/var-exporter under version 8.
Once we go PHP ^8.4, we can remove the dependency from composer.json.
