ERROR IN PLUGIN when starting Zellij web interface

Describe the bug

I am encountering an "ERROR IN PLUGIN" issue when starting the Zellij web interface, similar to the issue reported in #172.

To Reproduce

1. Use the default config.kdl from Zellij and the provided layout.kdl.

2. Start Zellij with the following command:

4. Connect to the web interface, e.g., http://localhost:8082.

5. Seeing the error as recorded in the screenshot.

Expected behavior

No error should occur. I don't see any error when not running the Zellij web server.

Also receiving this error without web. Seems to just occur when loading config and starting zellij with zjstatus plugin bin from 0.21.1. Will build from source and see if that changes anything.

Based on this issue, one may be experiencing these issues due to a lack of birth time availability in FS. Using a more recent rust toolchain to build zellij itself corrects this issue. zjstatus already build with 1.87, but the latest zellij builds with 1.84. On my system this corrects issue.

The build needs to be for zellij, not zjstatus. I asked in related issue there about this but am not sure yet. It seems releases often occur every 3-4 months though, so one may be due soon.

I am again getting this error, but this time zellij has been updated to rust 1.92 for toolchain. It appears that zjstatus is built with 1.91. Gonna try to see if building with same toolchain corrects.

It would be nice if the nessessity for creation time on the file system from the plugins was removed, as it is not part of posix definitions, and can vary accross OS's.
