Make sure ruby-kramdown-rfc2629 and xml2rfc are installed. Then run
make
Before uploding to the IETF site rename the generated files:
mv librepgp.txt draft-xxx-librepgp-nn.txt mv librepgp.xml draft-xxx-librepgp-nn.xml
