Multiple select sublists and rendering hyperlinks

This PR contains solutions for:

1. rendering hyperlinks when they are present in dataset schema for select and multiple select elements
2. Multiple select with sub-lists implementation in dataset form and dataset page
3. Fix for indexing repeating fields in Solr
4. Fix for removing empty repeating fields from dataset page as it was before
