Emit types instead of classes for JavaScript

🤔 What's changed?

Changes the code generation for TypeScript to emit types rather than classes. Removes the reflect-metadata and class-transformer dependencies as a result, leaving us with almost no non-dev dependencies.

Fixes #285.
