Routine minor/patch dependency update for the backend, containing only the effects of `npm update` (no code changes). - @aws-sdk/client-ses, @aws-sdk/client-ssm: 3.1088.0 -> 3.1089.0 - @aws-sdk/credential-provider-* patch bumps - @smithy/* transitive patch bumps (core, credential-provider-imds, fetch-http-handler, node-http-handler, signature-v4) Only backend/package-lock.json is modified; package.json ranges unchanged.
