Description

Proposal for integrating extended route types as defined in https://developers.google.com/transit/gtfs/reference/extended-route-types

and used, e.g., by https://opentransportdata.swiss/de/cookbook/timetable-cookbook/gtfs/.

Also adds 11 (trolley bus) and 12 (monorail) to standard route types.
