was about to ask what's the update here, I don't see any rerendering changes since d14686c (#1946)

we have 3.14 support on awscli v1 since #1918, for v2 the development is over at https://github.com/conda-forge/awscli2-feedstock - see conda-forge/awscli2-feedstock#466 for the current failures. we're waiting on aws/aws-cli#9814 and aws/aws-cli#9623 upstream, they're very very slow at updating dependencies to versions recent enough to support py314
