This PR doesn't follow what the repos main intention is (which is to build your own technology).
Furthermore the change is very specific to Rio de Janeiro (which is fine in a personal repo) but it's not benefitting anybody who isnt a local in the area.
Also the general placement of the link is respectively in my opinion lazy and seems like a very quick contribution to add to the graph.
This shouldn't be merged. please close this.
