Further please also update the project repo maintainers file to match the proposed changes.

Can you please also send an email to cncf-maintainer-changes@cncf.io with the email addresses for the new maintainers. That would allow us to add them to the project maintainers mailing list and CNCF service desk.

In addition, also confirmed that all of the new maintainers created or updated the LFX profile and sent the emails for Service Desk invitation.
