DRAFT: feat(deps): Updated dependencies and added GitHub Actions

Summary

This PR contains the following updates:

• Updated the package name so that it can be published as an org
• Updated the minimum Node version to enable upgrading dependencies
• Updated dependencies - new ones added as plugins have been separated into their own packages
• Updated code to use latest version of imagemin (API change - expected with major version increase)
