First part of #122.

  • Updates BenchmarkDotnet to latest version and to use .NET8.
  • Updates FirebirdClient nuget baseline package to latest.
  • Adds PerformanceBenchmark (useful for next PRs).
  • Adds run-benchmark.ps1 helper script.
