Fixes #2691.
This updates the Wait expert documentation to describe queue mode as a backpressure mechanism. It also clarifies that events are forwarded once the watched queue length is less than or equal to
queue_size, and records the currentqueue_polling_intervaldefault from the implementation.Validation
