Update zigimg to 0.15.1 compatible version

Change zigimg dependency to later version of zigimg for Zig 0.15.1 support

Just a note, I am overriding the dependency on my app to see if this actually fixes the deprecation problem

Thanks! Just wanted to ask, as I can't test this locally for now, but does this version still work with Zig 0.14.1 ? Or would I need to also update capy's codebase to Zig 0.15.1 as I merge this PR ?
